Theory online, in their language
Your crew completes the written theory online first — in English, Punjabi, Spanish, Hindi or Arabic — with audio narration so language and literacy are never the barrier.
On-site practical evaluation
Hector evaluates each operator hands-on, on your machines, in your environment — the way CSA B335 and WorkSafeBC OHSR Part 16 require.

Experienced operators
Renewal for operators who already know the machine. Fast, focused, and on-site — single machine, or bundle two or three equipment classes in one session.
