If your training is funded by a sponsor, you are not charged. Independent learners pay the price shown at checkout.

Paid enrollments

• Full refund if you have not started the first exam attempt of a course.
• No refund after the first exam attempt, because the assessment has been delivered.
• Forklift practical fees are refundable up to 48 hours before your booked slot.
