This policy explains what personal information Tilt Up collects and how we handle it, consistent with Canada's PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email.
• Learning records: course progress, exam attempts and scores, certificates, the language you learned in, and (for forklift) practical evaluation results.
• If you enroll through WorkBC: a referral/comp code linking your file to the program.

Why we collect it

To deliver training, issue and verify credentials, and — where you enrolled through WorkBC — to provide your case manager with a completion record.

Where your data is stored

We host learner data on Cloudflare's infrastructure in North America, and handle it in accordance with Canada's PIPEDA. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and request deletion subject to our record-keeping obligations. Contact tiltup2024@gmail.com.

Retention

We retain credential records as needed to verify certificates and meet regulatory expectations, then securely delete them.
